A three drop goal to one penalty (9-3) win for Tullamore over Monivea in the Ulster Bank All-Ireland Junior Cup Final at Dubarry Park in Athlone. Weather was cold and looked like it was nearly going to snow just before the game but the sun came through for nearly all the game. Tullamore really pilled the pressure on for a good part of the first half and a tight Monivea defence kept out tries. Second half was more balanced and both sides had chances. Tullamore defeated Westport in the Ulster Bank All-Ireland Junior Cup semi-final today in horrible conditions in Spollenstown, Tullamore.
